A starter for a single Sim or a young couple. It's beach themed, complete with palm trees, thatch roofing, and beachy sand around the house. Open plan living/kitchen with semi-separate bedroom, and a separate bathroom. Outdoor area has an easel, yoga area, and a gardening corner.

Doesn't use any custom content. There are a few items from Outdoor Retreat and Get to Work. But you should be able to download it even if you don't have those packs.
